Cleanliness is a major concern!!! The bathrooms have rust and mold issues, not to mention strong odors permeating the spaces. The overall maintenance of the building is lacking, and amenities like the snack machine and ice machine did not function properly!!!

Checking in was a hassle, my room had trash and it was occupied when I tried to enter! Cleaning and maintenance definitely need attention, with roaches and an unpleasant smell. The staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. I appreciated the low price, but not worth the peace of mind. Stay away from this place!

This place suits me perfectly with fast Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember my first stay, where the staff assisted me with bug spray. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

The stay was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was fast. The king suite with spa bath was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated having a complimentary cup of hot coffee to start my day, as I always enjoy it in the morning.

I noticed some areas in the hotel needed attention. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also, there were limited options in the snack center when I wanted a late-night treat.

So we stayed just one night in a King Suite with Spa Bath and it was comfy! The staff were super nice and check-in was quick. Everything was tidy, but the jacuzzi needed a bit more cleaning. The TV selections weren’t great, but that's whatever. Plus, it’s close to all the attractions, which was a win!

Had a great time with friends! The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after exploring local spots. We also enjoyed a scenic cruise down the Tennessee River. The staff was super welcoming, and our suite was spacious and comfy. They even have a small free breakfast with waffles which was nice for a quick start.

Only downside was the small breakfast options. the muffins looked stale and could use an upgrade.
